Buying a Property
Contract Reviews
Home Town Conveyancing offers client’s two free Contract Reviews. Prior to signing any Contract we always recommend having it reviewed where we provide an extensive written report on the contents of the Contract and Section 32. The report highlights any red flags and make recommendations for suggested amendments plus we can have the Contract Review back to you within 24 hours.
Once property has been purchased
We are able to assist with the entire purchase process from start to finish. Once the Contract is signed, we will highlight any due dates to you to ensure that you comply with the terms of the Contract, advise you of your stamp duty liability or any stamp duty concessions/grants applicable. We also co-ordinate all parties in the transaction, prepare and attend to settlement and ensure that you are fully informed throughout the whole process.
Property transfers
Home Town Conveyancing can assist with transferring ownership of properties between family members, spouses or other parties. We will provide extensive advice on stamp duty implications, the effect of the transfer, the required documents and will liaise with all parties to ensure the property transfer process is seamless.
